Museum day is not just for families! Enjoy a budget friendly date or outing with a friend. While Museum Day tickets are downloaded two at a time, you could even go solo. We of course will be taking the kids, but I highly suggest everyone get out and see a museum. Museums are a great way to learn a little more about the world and people around us. It is important to us that our kids are exposed to as many learning opportunities as possible and museums have been one of our favorite ways to do just that.
“The traditional role of museums is to collect objects and materials of cultural, religious and historical importance, preserve them, research into them and present them to the public for the purpose of education and enjoyment.”
A few years back we had so much fun at the Monterey Bay Aquarium that we made a FREE Aquarium printable to celebrate! Feel free to click and print out. Museums and educational printables are perfect for curious kids!

Our family budget is thankful for free outings like these! Remember that tickets are limited at each museum. It is suggested that you download your tickets early to make sure you get your first choice. There are so many museums to choose from nationwide.
