Our SoCal family loves fall and we love to Trick or Treat!  We aren’t really into spooky stuff, but we love to put on a costume and enjoy the season!  I write about SoCal events often over at San Diego Deals and Steals – but I wanted to share these fun Halloween options with our readers who might be looking for something special to do in SoCal for the Halloween Season.  All of these fun Trick or Treat options are what I would consider “Rated G” – nothing gory or scary to worry about…….

  • Mickey’s Halloween Party ~ Disneyland Park – Anaheim California – this event sells out almost every night it runs!  Mickey’s Halloween Party offers awesome trick or treat stations with candy as well as healthy treats, Special meet & greet opportunities with Characters who only come out for Halloween, a special parade, fireworks, and more!  Click the link for more information on Ticket Prices and more information for Mickey’s Halloween Party!  Annual Passholders enjoy a discount on tickets – remember they often sell out so preorder quickly!

  • Brick Or Treat ~ LEGOLAND – Carlsbad California – Saturdays in October are Brick or Treat Party Nights at LEGOLAND!  Our family has enjoyed this special trick or treat night since our kids were two years old.  Enjoy the Brick or Treat Trail, Costume Contests, a Dance Party and more!  Brick or Treat starts at only $30 per ticket – Grab tickets online for Brick or Treat at LEGOLAND here!  Annual Passholders can enjoy this event at no additional cost!

  • SeaWorld Spooktacular ~  SeaWorld San Diego California offers a fun Saturday day time event for Trick or Treaters!  I think this is extra awesome for families with kids that are afraid of the dark – no need to coax them out during the night – trick or treating starts at 11 am!  We will be attending for the first time this year!

Camp Spooky

  • Camp Spooky ~ Knott’s Berry Farm – Buena Park California – not to be confused with Knott’s Scary Farm – Camp Spooky is just for the kiddies and also during the day!  We will be attending for the first time this year!

If you want to go all out for Halloween, but want to keep it G rated  – these are all great options!  Check out each link for more info (these are just quick snips of info!) – also make sure to follow Catching Up With Kate on Instagram!

Happy Halloween!

Until Next Time ~ Kate
