As one might imagine, our kids are eating a lot more than they were before they started long distance running. The fridge is being stocked more than ever. It is important to all of us that we put good fuel in our bodies. Yogurt has always been a go-to snack for the big kids, but now more than ever!
First and foremost, I like the snacks that we consume on a regular basis to be organic. Labeling a food as ‘natural’ can really mean anything, so we try to purchase as many products that are certified organic and without GMOs as possible.
