Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 is out on DVD!

Our kids LOVED Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and were bouncing up and down when I surprised them with a copy of “Cloudy 2” – they were so excited!

“Cloudy 2” gets the original gang back together —  Sam Sparks (Anna Faris),  Brent (Andy Samberg) and Flint (Bill Hader) where they travel back at Swallow Falls and discover that a jungle-like environment has overgrown the island filled with amazing animal / food creatures!  The kids loved the inventive and hilarious animal / food combos (‘shrimpanzee’, ‘watermelephants’, and their favorite ‘tacodile supreme’ – just to name a few).

The story is cute and fun, my kids were cracking up.

*Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 does carry a PG Rating for mild rude humor.  We are fairly cautious about movies with anything more than a G rating for our kids – and this was OK in our book.  That being said, I always like to point out a PG rating and invite parents to decide for themselves.
