Dairy Free Instant Pot Recipes

Dairy Free is the way to be!  Our family switched to a dairy free diet about two years ago when we discovered our daughter’s dairy allergy.  So many recipes include dairy, but we have found some amazing alternatives.  Today we are sharing some 40 delicious recipes that are 100% dairy free that you can make in your Instant Pot.

This list contains recipes for main dishes, side dishes, soups, and more.  Not one contains any dairy.  Many of these items are Keto diet friendly, Whole30 diet friendly, or Paleo.

As we have stated before, our family is not Vegan, but we do like to avoid dairy.  We personally do not eat a lot of meat either, so not all of these would work for us.  We chose to avoid dairy because of one daughter has a food allergy.  We have found that it has helped us in many other ways. Omitting dairy from my diet helped clear up chronic congestion.  We have found we all have less tummy issues since we took dairy out of our daily meals.  We have found some yummy substitutes, we generally don’t even miss it.  I think my favorite part of going dairy free is that we have more money in our budget. Cheese, yogurts, and other dairy items are some of the most expensive things we used to buy.

Seriously, try ditching the dairy.  Even if you do not omit it entirely, make it a ‘sometimes food’.  You will save money and probably feel a little better too. Dairy is delicious, but these recipes prove you don’t need it to make a mouth watering meal!
